Fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere
Here at the Old Kings Head, wherever possible, we use local produce in the preparation of all our dishes. Our meals are freshly and carefully created by our team using the best ingredients and always to order. This takes a little time - but as we’re sure you will agree, good food is alwaysworth a short wait.
In order to keep the quality high, we maintain a menu made up of everyone's favourites and add to this a number of special dishes which change regularly to make the most of whatever is best at the market on the day; we specialize in fresh fish and top quality local meat, (we have our own range of seasonal saltmarsh lamb).
Reservations are not always necessary but at popular times and at weekends it’s a good idea to pre- book your table. On fine days there's a chance to enjoy your meal in the sunshine in our outdoor eating area.
